In a recent TV talk show, the self-proclaimed inventor of the ‘water kit’, Engineer Waqar Ahmad, rebuked Dr Attaur Rehman and asked as to what were Dr Atta’s services for the nation.
While Waqar’s creation still needs authentication, the contributions of Dr Atta, particularly towards revolutionising the higher education sector and fostering the research environment, speak for themselves.
